A magical, parent-led movement adventure for ages 3–6 that helps you connect, play, and build confidence with your child today, even if you have no dance experience, no lesson plan, and no idea where to start.
The goal is simple: to help you stop waiting for the perfect
time to connect and start creating small,
powerful moments that matter now.
There are two kinds of loving parents.
There are the parents who deeply want to connect with their child, but keep waiting for the perfect moment when they have more energy, more creativity, more patience, or more time.
Then there are the parents who discover that connection does not have to take an entire afternoon. It can begin with one simple, guided,
emotionally present 10-minute adventure.
If you have ever looked at your child and thought, “I want to be more present, but I honestly do not know what to do,” this was created for you.
Because the truth is, you are not failing at play.
You were simply never given a clear way in.
That is why I created Imagination in Motion™, a magical, story-based movement experience that gives you the exact structure, prompts, music, and guidance to turn an ordinary moment at home into a meaningful connection ritual with your child.
This is not about becoming a dance teacher. This is not about performing. This is not about adding another complicated activity to your already full life.
It is about helping you step into one simple adventure where your child feels seen, your body starts moving, and connection becomes something you can actually feel.
You love your child. That has never been the question.
But love does not automatically tell you what to say when your child wants to play and your brain goes blank. Love does not automatically give you the energy to invent a magical game after a long day. Love does not automatically turn scattered toys, background noise, and tired emotions into the kind of connected moment you wish your child could remember.
And that can feel quietly heartbreaking.
You might be spending plenty of time near your child, but still feel like you are missing each other. You might be in the same room, but not really connected. You might want to play, but feel awkward the second it is your turn to lead. You might default to screens, snacks, errands, or “maybe later,” not because you do not care, but because you do not know how to begin.
The worst part is the guilt that follows.
That little voice says, “Other parents probably know how to do this.”
It says, “I should be more creative.”
It says, “I should have more patience.”
It says, “I am wasting these years.”
But what if the real problem is not that you need to become more playful, more energetic, or more creative?
What if the real problem is that you have been trying to create connection without a starting point?👇👇

Because one meaningful moment is powerful.
But a repeatable rhythm of connection can change the
emotional atmosphere of your home.
Guaranteed To Work!
Most people think the problem is time.
They think, “If I had more hours in the day, I would connect more.”
But many parents already spend hours around their children and still end the day feeling disconnected. So time alone cannot be the whole answer.
The deeper issue is that many parents have lost, or were never taught, the ability to initiate structured imagination. Without a clear beginning, middle, and end, play can feel either chaotic or forced. Your child may want you to join in, but you are left trying to be creative on demand.
That pressure can freeze you.
So instead of entering the moment, you overthink it. Instead of leading with confidence, you hesitate. Instead of feeling playful, you feel exposed.
That is why Imagination in Motion™ is built around The Guided Imagination Activation™ Method.
This method gives you a pre-built imaginative storyline with simple movement prompts, so you do not have to invent anything from scratch.
Instead of wondering, “What do I do now?” you step into a guided adventure that naturally activates creativity, movement, and connection.
In other words, you do not need more pressure.
You need a way in.

You can keep waiting for connection to become easier on its own.
You can keep telling yourself that one day you will have more energy, more patience, more ideas, or more time.
You can keep hoping that simply being near your child will create the kind of closeness you both crave.
Or you can begin with one guided 10-minute adventure.
One starting point.
One moment where you do not have to guess.
One experience that helps your child feel seen, helps you feel capable, and helps both of you remember that connection can be simple.
Here is what to do next.
Click the button below. Complete your order. Open your Imagination in Motion™ materials. Press play. Follow the adventure.
Let the next 10 minutes become the beginning of something beautiful.
The first win is practical.
You will know what to do.
You will have the adventure, the music, the props, the prompts, the plan, and the example. That alone removes the friction that stops so many parents before they begin.
The second win is emotional.
You will feel what it is like to enter your child’s world without having to become someone you are not. You do not have to be the funniest parent, the most energetic parent, or the most creative parent. You simply have to follow the structure and let the moment unfold.
The third win is relational.
Your child gets to experience you as present, playful, and engaged. Not perfect. Present.
And that is what children remember.
This is for the parent who loves their child deeply but sometimes feels awkward trying to play.
It is for the parent who wants fewer disconnected evenings and more moments that feel alive.
It is for the parent who wants their child to build confidence, creativity, listening, and self-expression, but does not want to force, pressure, or overcomplicate it.
It is for the parent who has thought, “I am not a dancer,” “I am not creative,” or “I do not know how to lead something like this.”
And it is especially for the parent who wants to stop carrying guilt and start experiencing proof that connection can be simple.
This is not for someone looking for a perfect performance or a rigid technique class. It is not for someone who wants to outsource connection entirely. It is not for someone who believes children need to be corrected into confidence.
Imagination in Motion™ is for families who want to build connection through warmth, imagination, movement, and presence.
If you were to pay join a school you:
Instead of only watching your child dance,
you get to become part of the memory.
Easy wins at home can help your child feel safer, braver,
and more ready for the next challenge.
But for many families, dance school can also mean a yearly investment of around $780–$1,650+, plus the weekly reality of getting a young child dressed, packed, driven, transitioned, and ready to participate.
In ten minutes, you build connection, memories, and a loving dance experience in less than the time it takes you to drive to class.
In-Person Dance Training Is Valuable — But It Is Not The Only Way Your Child Can Grow Through Movement
If you enroll your child in a quality ballet or dance school, you may invest around $780–$1,650 per year or more depending on the program, location, schedule, recital expectations,
uniforms, and level of training.
And to be clear, great in-person training can be worth it. When you find a wonderful teacher and a nurturing school, you often get what you pay for: structure, technique, accountability, performance experience, and the energy of learning in a group.
But the financial investment is only one part of the story.
There is also the weekly rhythm that comes with it. Getting a 3-year-old ready for ballet. Finding the leotard, tights, shoes, and hair supplies. Packing the bag. Leaving the house on time. Driving to the studio. Waiting during class. Managing tiredness, hunger, transitions, and sometimes the emotional pressure of a new environment.
And after all of that, the parent is often watching from the outside.
The child may be learning, but the parent-child connection moment can get missed.
Imagination in Motion™ gives you a different kind of support. It brings dance, imagination, and movement into your home in a way that is simple, playful, and connection-centered. Your child does not have to wait for class day to feel successful. They can experience an easy win with you in just a few minutes.
This is why the program works so beautifully as a supplement to dance training. In-person class can build structure and technique. Imagination in Motion™ helps build confidence, creativity, connection, and joyful practice at home.

From a client at the in person school:
I think Golden Ballet Theater is awesome. I enrolled my daughter when she was three.
Now she is turning four and I have seen an amazing
transformation in her.
She has gained an incredible sense of balance and grace in a very short time under the direction of her instructor Kelly.
So good in fact, that she is now on a snowboard at her young age and handling it incredibly well and I am giving most of the credit to Golden Ballet Theater.
She has also gained a sense of social confidence that was absent before joining Golden Ballet Theater. I
give instructor Kelly and Golden Ballet Theater a perfect 10 out of 10 score.
I am very happy and satisfied with everything Golden Ballet Theater has to offer.
- Steve Lyman

From a client at the in person school:
Golden Ballet Theater is more than just a studio, it’s a place where families grow and we love to be a part of it. Thank you Kelly King, Vera & Emery! You are seriously the best!
My daughter and I have been going here for over 4 years now and couldn’t be happier! We started with the mami and me classes, then my daughter transitioned to ballet and jazz classes and I joined their adult program. Here is what I love:
-The ballet technique is world class, seriously the best in town for children and adults! I used to dance when younger and Kelly and Vera have improved and cleaned my technique so much. I also see my 6 year old doing things properly with is key in ballet!
-This is a studio where kids feel seen, supported, and challenged in the best ways.
-Teachers that care about the whole child. My daughter and I have taken classes with Kelly, Vera and Emery and they are all amazing!
-Amazing community of families that have become great friends of us
-No drama, (Ballet can be tricky as your kiddos get into the middle school age) I have heard terrible stories from other studios, other teenage dancers and myself included when younger. but not here!
-Adult and child classes
-No teachers turnover
Look no further, I 100 present recommend!
- Andrea Meats

From a client at the in person school:
We’ve had a great experience at
golden ballet!
We love the class sizes, the age appropriate lessons and both of my girls keep asking to come back!

The core experience is designed to take about 10 minutes. The Tonight’s Connection Ritual bonus gives you an additional 5-minute option for calmer moments.
That is completely okay. The goal is not perfect performance. The goal is connection, effort, exploration, and shared presence. You can adapt the experience to your child’s comfort level.
Yes. petition is recommended for learning and expanding creativity. The core adventure can be repeated, and the Create Your Own Adventure AI Prompt helps you make new versions with themes your child loves.
You only need space to move safely and simple household items if you want to use props. The Magic Prop List shows you how to make the experience feel special without buying complicated supplies.
You can keep waiting for connection to become easier on its own.
You can keep telling yourself that one day you will have more energy, more patience, more ideas, or more time.

Let the next 10 minutes become the beginning of something beautiful.
The ages between 3 and 6 are full of imagination, movement, imitation, emotional learning, and rapid identity-building. Your child is constantly learning what it feels like to try, to be seen, to be encouraged, and to connect.
You do not need to wait until you have more time.

You do not need to wait until you become the kind of parent who magically knows how to play.
Confidence grows through action.
Connection grows through moments.
And this gives you the next moment.
This special offer is available until May 10th, or while BONUS / FOUNDING OFFER / LIVE TRAINING INVITATION is available.
If there is not a real deadline, use this instead:
You can begin today. In just a few minutes, you can have
everything you need to lead your first guided adventure.
I know what it feels like to crave connection and not have it.
I know what it feels like to feel unseen in your own family, to adapt, to stay quiet, and to wonder whether something must be wrong with you because love feels harder than it should.
For a long time, dance was the place where I could express what I could not say. It gave me discipline, alignment, joy, and a glimpse of a life where my body could tell the truth before my words knew how.
But even after becoming accomplished, educated, and building a dance school, I still had to face a deeper truth: achievement does not replace belonging. Performing well does not heal the ache of being unseen.
And chasing validation can never give you the secure connection you needed all along.
My healing began when I stopped trying to prove my worth and started reconnecting with the truth inside me. Through movement, somatic healing, spiritual growth, and the courage to feel what I had spent years suppressing, I began to understand something that changed everything.
Children should not have to grow up searching for the love, safety, and confidence they were always meant to receive.
And parents should not have to feel helpless when they want to give that kind of support.
As a dance educator, I have seen how powerful it is when a child feels encouraged, guided, and celebrated. Movement can open a child’s confidence in a way words alone often cannot.
A simple imaginative prompt can turn hesitation into participation.
A moment of shared play can help a child feel, “I am safe. I am seen. I can try.”
So I kept asking myself:
What if that support could begin at home?
What if parents could become the first place their child practices
confidence, creativity, emotional expression, and connection?
What if the thing parents were missing was not love, but structure?
That question became Loving Dance Training™.
And Imagination in Motion™ is the simplest first step.
